The consequences of a fall can be life altering. Fifty percent of people over 65 who fall do not return to independent living. Join Podiatrist Neil Levin, DPM, FACFAS, and an Unlimited Performance physical therapist to
Learn the benefits of a ‘fall risk assessment” and how exercise programs, either self-directed at home, or physical therapy can improve stability, decrease postural sway and improve muscle strength. Dr. Levin also discusses a relatively new in-shoe device called a Moore Balance Brace. Worn as a pair, they help stabilize the foot in the presence of weakness and fatigue.
