The DeKalb County Community Foundation (DCCF) invests in the charitable efforts of nonprofit and community organizations throughout DeKalb County. Preference is given to organizations having 50l(c)(3) status as determined by the IRS. The Foundation manages several permanent endowment funds. The board approves grants from the unrestricted and field of interest funds in response to applications from community organizations.
