oin us for three eggs-cellent events this spring! We’re kicking off the season with the Breakfast with the Bunny event on Saturday, April 12, at the Hopkins Park Terrace Room at 1403 Sycamore Road. Families can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 9:30-10:45 am, including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, fruit, pastries, milk, coffee, and juice. The fee is $12 for residents and $15 for non-residents. Children ages two and under are FREE. Don’t forget to bring your camera – the Bunny will be on-site to take some personalized photos. Space is limited, so sign up early. Tickets will be sold until April 9.
All kids, ages 10 and under, are invited to participate in the FREE annual Kids’ Egg Hunt at Hopkins Park on Saturday, April 12, at 11:00 am SHARP! Bring a basket and get ready to seek eggs filled with prizes and candy in this community tradition. The Bunny will also be making a special appearance! Children will be divided into age-specific areas, and parents are welcome to accompany them, but please do not help collect eggs. Some unique “golden eggs” are hidden with special prizes, courtesy of our Kids Egg Hunt sponsors, Ryan Homes and Ferrara Candy Company. Meet near the Hopkins Park Wedding Gazebo.
Ages 11-18 can enjoy the Teen Glow-in-the-Dark Egg Hunt on Wednesday, April 23, at Hopkins Park. Grab your friends and join the quest to find hundreds of glow-in-the-dark eggs filled with candy and prizes. You can sign up as an individual or form teams of four. The Teen Egg Hunt begins at 8:00 pm SHARP! This event is a great way to enjoy the park in a supervised setting after dark. The individual fee is $5 for residents or $6 for non-residents. The Team of Four costs $18 for residents and $23 for non-residents. Pre-registration is required by April 22.
