Hey local Huskie Fans!
Come join fellow DeKalb area NIU fans and/or grads at Fatty’s (1312 W Lincoln Hwy, DeKalb, IL) starting at 5:15 p.m. this Thursday, November 1 for a special NIU Football Watch Party as the Huskies take on Akron.
Local NIU fans and alumni are hosting this special watch party in conjunction with the NIU Alumni Association. NIU Head Women’s Basketball Coach, Lisa Carlsen and Head Cross Country Coach, Adrian Myers will be cheering with us along with other NIU folks.
There will be giveaways and prizes from the NIU Alumni Association. There is no cost to attend, but food and drinks are at your own expense for this evening.
What do you need to do?
Invite your friends, co-workers, family, fellow tailgating crew and/or fellow alumni to join you. Or just come hang with us.
Pick out your favorite Huskie gear to wear.
Preregister at https://www.myniu.com/article.html?aid=633 if you can to let us know you will be there, but show up even if you didn’t get that done.
Then arrange your day so can arrive at Fatty’s on November 1 any time after 5:15 p.m. to get a good seat and cheer on the Huskies.

Information about some awesome new scholarships for local residents
