The DeKalb Elks Lodge will host their 4th Annual Vendor and Craft Fair this Saturday, November 18 to benefit our local Kishwaukee United Way and their 24 local partner agencies and services.
The event will be hosted at the Elks Lodge at 209 S. Annie Glidden Road from 10:00 am – 4:00pm. Over 20 crafters and artisans will be participating, featuring; jewelry, wreaths, barn signs, lighted bottles, Christmas décor and more. Throughout the event, there will be a 50/50 raffle supporting the Kishwaukee United Way to be drawn at 3:00 pm. Free coffee will also be available to patrons, and the Elks kitchen will be open for business with delicious lunch offerings.
Kishwaukee United Way works with other organizations in the community to create lasting
changes in people’s lives in DeKalb County. They help support basic needs, prepare kids for success in school, give people tools to become financially stable and improve the health and well-being of residents. The Elks Club invites YOU to be part of the change — join them at the Craft & Vendor Fair, purchase 50/50 raffle tickets, and learn more about how United Way helps our friends and neighbors.
The DeKalb Elks invest in their communities through programs that help children grow up
healthy and drug-free, by undertaking projects that address unmet needs, and by honoring the service and sacrifice of our veterans. For more information about this event, please contact Layne Klatt at klatt87@comcast.net or Cindy Green-Deutsch at grngrl@yahoo.com.
