The excitement has been building for three days as Paul Bolton, local DeKalb businessman, was anticipating the first haircut when the State of Illinois opens up Beautyshops and Barber Shops.
Paul arrived early for his 10:00 AM appointment at Dolce Vita. Dolce Vita is a full-service salon and spa for the whole family, whose goal is to provide a relaxing, stress-free and calm environment.
