DeKalb County is planning to pave the County’s recreation path between the County cemetery at Michaels Craft Store and the DeKalb Nature Trail. The work on this 0.34 mile path will begin on Thursday, July 7th with surface milling at the ends of the County path followed by a bituminous prime coat. The new hot mix asphalt surface will be placed on Friday, July 8th. The County path will be closed on Thursday and Friday. On Friday, the DeKalb Nature Trail will be used to access the County path south of Greenwood Acres Drive and will be closed for use during that day only.
