Irving Construction completed the New DeKalb Police Headquarters just about one (1) year ago. The structure design, done by Dewberry, Inc., is beautiful and has enhanced the Lincoln Highway area with its presence. Looking south from the NIU Holmes Student Center down Carroll Avenue, the facility is quite majestic. Steve Irving, owner of Irving Construction, is very proud of this much needed addition to DeKalb. Steve was involved in the project from its conception and continues to keep a close eye on all building needs.
