(DeKalb) – DeKalb Public Library hosts Children’s Community Theatre for a preview of High School Musical on Saturday, March 14!
It’s the first day back at East High, and things are about to change. When a star athlete and a shy brainiac team up for the school play, they set off a chain of events that challenges the school’s social order and proves that we can be more than just one thing!
Watch talented Children’s Community Theatre cast members perform excerpts from their upcoming play, High School Musical, as the grand finale to the World of Reading celebration.
Beginning at 1:00 in the lower-level Yusunas Meeting Room, everyone is welcome to attend this preview of a high-energy play with catchy songs that encourages everyone to shine in their own way. It’s wholesome fun for all ages. No registration is required.
