
On Friday, Syngenta – a Downers Grove-based agriculture company – announced they plan to build a new agriculture center west of DeKalb in Malta (IL). This 90-acre site will provide a new Innovation and Customer Experience Center that will provide for large-scale events and engagement with growers on corn and soybean technology and innovation.

The goal of Syngenta is to start building the 96,000 square foot facility this fall or no later than next spring.
