Recommended Trick or Treat hours are 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday October 31. The Sycamore Police Department would like to make the following recommedation.
Children under the age of 12 should be supervised by an adult.
Wear bright reflective clothing and make use of flashlights and glow sticks.
Use sidewalks and avoid walking in the street.
Cross the street at well lit crosswalks.
Avoid using cell phones when crossing the street and keep you head up.
Have an adult inspect all treats before eating.
Vehicle drivers, be on the lookout for children, especially when backing out of driveways.
Avoid all distractions, including cell phones, while driving.
Have a happy and safe Halloween.
