UPDATE: On March 25, 2015, the DeKalb Police Department along with the DeKalb County States Attorney’s Office has charged Andrew Arison with an additional nineteen counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse. The DeKalb Police Department has identified nine more victims of Arison who were under the age of thirteen. All the victims were students from the early childhood program in DeKalb. The new charges consist of crimes against children that occurred in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
On March 12, 2015, the DeKalb Police Department was notified that a teacher’s aide at Huntley Middle School, in DeKalb, had inappropriately touched two separate students. The minor victims are under the age of thirteen years old and attended the early childhood program at Huntley Middle School. A witness observed Andrew Arison rubbing the genitalia area of one of the minors and making rubbing motions near the genitalia area of another minor. Both of these incidents occurred on March 11, 2015. The touching of the minors were done for sexual gratification.
The DeKalb Police Department has reason to believe that Arison has sexually abused more minors. The DeKalb Police Department continues to investigate and anticipate more charges forthcoming.
The DeKalb Police were assisted by the Sycamore Police Department. A search of Arison’s residence was conducted in Sycamore. The evidence collected from Arison’s residence is being evaluated by the Sycamore Police Department. Arison has worked for several different school districts in DeKalb County. Andrew J. Arison, 36 years of age, 1700 block of Maness Court in Sycamore, was originally charged with three counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse. Arison is currently incarcerated at the DeKalb County Jail. Arison’s bond is set at $500,000 dollars.

Do they know if he helped at any other Dekalb schools? What age groups he worked with? How do people know to ask their children if your not sure which schools he was at or what grades??

What a sick and pathetic man. Praying for all the victims and their families as the poor children will be dealing with what happened to them for the rest of their lives. How sad their innocence was stolen like this at such a young age
For the 19 there is probably 3 times that amount that haven’t or won’t come forward!! This man will get 3 years and protective custody in a minimum security prison!! Any inmate that lays a finger on him will get charged with a felony hate crime and no less than an additional 5 years on there sentence!! Bastard deserves to die!

Sad that this is happened and so many children have been hurt and families subjected to this horror. He doesn’t deserve to sit in jail he deserves a bullet. He hurt defenseless children who don’t have a choice he had one and now it should be taken away.
