Join them this Thursday, August 6th. 2015 from 9am to 7pm at the DeKalb County Health Campus for the Healthy Start to School Event. Get in on the Shoe Share Distribution, children can participate in Children’s Activities, eat some Healthy Snacks and get their School / Sports Physicals and Immunizations.
Walk-in’s are welcome but for more prompt service, appointments are also being taken and are recommended. Medical Card (Meridian and Illinois Health Connect) and most insurance is accepted. Call 815.758.2460 for information or appointment. The DeKalb County Health Department is located at 2550 Annie Glidden Road in DeKalb.

I called this number for more info and a women answered and told me I have the wrong number
