Looking for a challenge this new year? We welcome all fitness levels to our Indoor Triathlon on Sunday, February 22nd, 2014. A great activity to do during this cold, blustery winter!
1) A 10 minute swim in the Y’s indoor pool, 2) a 20 minute bike on the facility cycling bikes and 3) a 15 minute run on a treadmill.
