(DeKalb) – In observance of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Safe Passage will be hosting a special book club at the DeKalb Public Library featuring the New York Times Bestseller The Great Alone. Kristin Hannah’s popular tale of the final days of “the pioneering spirit of America” explores the dynamics of a family living in the Alaskan wilderness.
This book club will be held on Saturday, October 18, at 10:00 a.m., in the Nancy D. Castle Collaboration Studio. Copies of the book will be available in Adult Services. This is a free program for adults. No registration is required.
